Beijing has lifted several official and unofficial trade barriers on Australian exports.Albanese's reference to China's judicial system suggested that Cheng had recently been sentenced after she was convicted in a closed-court trial last year on national security charges.Questioned by a reporter, Albanese said China was not acknowledging through Cheng's release that she posed no threat or had been wrongfully detained.“No, China would have not have said that that's the position. 二 | 安瓦尔表示，尽管其有关台湾地区问题的言论引发反弹，他仍坚持此前表态，并认为中国的立场与美国在独立战争后拒绝允许其任何领土分离的立场是一致的。    作为东盟的重要成员，马来西亚在区域内具有相当的影响力。目前东盟共有11个成员国，其中综合实力较强的包括人口与地理面积第一的印尼、陆军军事能力突出的越南，以及经济表现亮眼的马来西亚。过去，马来西亚、印尼和新加坡曾被称为“东盟三驾马车”，但随着新加坡相对优势的减弱，越南正逐渐取而代之。因此，安瓦尔的表态预计将对东盟产生一定影响。    与此同时，国际上出现了一些关于“武统窗口期”的讨论。随着美国“华盛顿”号航母前往中东接替“林肯”号，西太平洋一度出现了美军航母的“空窗期”。此前，“林肯”号因服役时间过长、船员身心疲惫（甚至出现个别人员企图跳海等极端情况）以及后勤补给跟不上等问题，被迫返航休整。

三 | 部分舆论借此炒作，认为这是大陆武统的绝佳时机。    4月16日，阿拉伯海，美国海军“林肯”号航空母舰。    然而，正如笔者此前分析过的，中央历来从不设定统一时间表，一贯的政策是“积极推进祖国和平统一，但不放弃使用武力”。美国调走航母，一方面可能是评估近期台海并无直接危险，另一方面也说明其清楚单艘航母的存在与否，根本无法影响我们的战略决策；一旦我们决心解决台湾问题，美军航母的部署将失去实际意义。因此，“武统窗口期”更多只是国际舆论的炒作，并非中央的实际决策依据。中央推进祖国统一的大方向是坚定不移的。

四 |     值得注意的是，在7月1日建党105周年讲话中，总书记的表述为“坚定推进祖国统一大业”，相较于5年前建党100周年时的“推进祖国和平统一进程”，删去了“和平”二字。此外，在纪念江泽民同志诞辰100周年大会上，也将“社会主义现代化建设”和“祖国统一”并列为民族复兴的必要内容。    祖国统一进程已经实质性开启了。目前来看，中央依然在尽最大努力争取和平统一，和平统一始终是优先选项，但武统的选项从未被放弃。至于是否已经从“和平统一”转向“武力统一”，目前仍是一个巨大的问号。    综上所述，尽管安瓦尔的表态、美国航母的短暂撤离引发了国际舆论对“武统窗口期”的热议，但中央绝不会因这些具体事件而改变宏观决策。

五 | 从实际部署来看，无论是台湾东部海域的海警常态化巡航、自然资源部的勘探作业，还是我们在军事、科技、经济及财政实力的持续增强，亦或是保持两岸沟通渠道畅通、给予台湾民众（特别是年轻人）机会，都表明这是一个由中央统一部署的复杂战略。那种认为可以“毕其功于一役”、仅靠武力在几天内解决问题的简单思路，目前显然还不是主导性的战略考量。返回，查看更多。
