二 | 公开资料显示，自1996年开始，我国从大豆净出口国转为净进口国，进口量逐年增加，对外依存度超过80%。目前我国大豆进口量占全球大豆贸易量的60%以上，2021年大豆自给率不足15%。在我国主要畜禽饲料配方结构中，能量饲料原料占比约为65%，其中蛋白饲料原料占比约为30%，豆粕占15%-20%。蛋白项目是“十四五”国家重点研发计划“畜禽新品种培育与现代牧场科技创新”重点专项2021年度“揭榜挂帅”项目。“蛋白饲料生物制造创新联合体”是牵头单位大北农对“揭榜挂帅”项目实施机制的创新探索。大北农国际集团总裁、蛋白项目首席科学家宋维平表示，创新联合体将围绕国家重大需求，以搭建共性技术创新平台、开展联合技术攻关、推动成果交易与转化、制定标准、示范应用与推广、引入资本投入等为主要任务，通过整合产业链技术创新、产品创制、成果转化、示范推广、生产应用等优势资源和单位，实现饲料养殖产业“技术链-创新链-产业链-价值链”高度融合，形成我国蛋白饲料创新阵型，三年实现新增或节约1600万吨大豆当量，推动解决我国蛋白饲料紧缺、大豆进口依存度过高的产业问题。
