契税新政利好楼市 我市不动产市场持续火热_我的网站

Las Vegas has already seen 3.99 inches of rain so far in 2023, which is 1.17 inches above normal and only 0.19 inches below the city's normal annual precipitation, the National Weather Service said.

。我市紧跟政策要求，不断加大住房交易环节契税优惠力度，积极支持居民刚性和改善性住房需求，全力助推契税新政在抚顺落地见效。         　　近日，记者在市自然资源事务服务中心看到，很多购房者在房产中介的陪同下，前来办理过户、缴税和不动产登记等相关手续，窗口办事人员也在有条不紊地为群众办理相关事宜。市民贾女士得知契税新政策实施后，第一时间便来到登记大厅办理交易。         　　市民贾华说：“ 我在北站买了一套二手房，在契税政策出台之前，是6000多块钱的契税，现在是4000多块钱，对购房者来说是一个很好的福利。”          　　据了解，契税新政对个人购买家庭唯一住房和家庭第二套住房的税率进行了优化调整。明确规定，自2024年12月1日起，购房契税享受1%优惠的面积标准由90平方米调整至140平方米。调整后，全国范围内个人购买家庭唯一住房和第二套住房，面积不超过140平方米的，统一按1%税率缴纳契税；面积140平方米以上的，家庭唯一住房按1.5%缴纳契税，家庭第二套住房按2%缴纳契税。         　　市自然资源事务服务中心受理登记二科科长董丹说：“ 从契税优惠新政策落地的近几个工作日来看，我们接待申报契税缴纳业务的办理量较以往有大幅度增加，平均每天要办理交易类的业务100多件。在这里提醒广大市民，此次新政自2024年12月1日起执行，2024年12月1日前，个人销售、购买住房涉及的增量税、契税尚未申报缴纳的，符合新政规定的是可以按照新政策执行的。
